A close up of the Thai cold congee. This congee is then eaten with a choice of a number of different condiments. It's served ice-chilled in a bowl, the rice itself blue, and garnished with orchid petals. This is definitely the best looking dish I've had that actually tastes good. Although I'm not sure how appealing eating blue rice is for most people.
