Blue Rice

Although I've already posted some pics in my photo album, I can't help but rave about the food in Thailand. As if I don't like Thai food enough, this time around in Bangkok my friends introduced me to this blue rice which is infused with coconut and flowers (orchid I think?). Looks great in my opinion (another friend said that blue is the least appetizing color), and tasted great. I miss the food there already.
